BLUE CHEESE TRIANGLES

1 cup Cherry Creek Cellars Apple Wine, reduced to half
2 apples finely chopped
½ cup crumbled Stilton Blue Cheese
½ cup toast & chopped walnuts
Package Puff Pastry thawed 20 minutes

Cook apples in reduced wine for 3 to 5 minutes just until soft. Stir in walnuts & blue cheese just before baking. Cut puff pastry sheets into 12 square pieces. Put 1 heaping tsp into one corner of puff pastry square; fold over into a triangle. Lightly press edges with fingers or fork. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes or until lightly brown.
